Join a Global Team Making a Lasting Impact with Lumivero!

Are you ready to be part of a team that’s changing the world? At Lumivero, we develop powerful data-intelligence software that empowers users to answer their most pressing questions. Our trusted research, decision-making, and organizational tools help academic and corporate professionals create impactful insights from their most complex data – enabling them to work more efficiently and make informed, confident decisions.

The Senior Digital Growth Manager owns Lumivero’s e-commerce revenue performance across all product lines — driving new customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and lifecycle growth through a combination of demand generation programs and commercial e-commerce strategy. This is a high-impact, full-funnel ownership role: from driving qualified traffic to product pages, to optimizing the purchase experience, to maximizing customer lifetime value through cross-sell, upsell, and reactivation. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketer with a proven track record in B2C or prosumer/SMB SaaS — someone who understands self-serve acquisition, subscription economics, and how to turn digital traffic into measurable revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

E-Commerce Revenue Ownership
  • Own Lumivero’s e-commerce ARR target across all product lines, serving as the primary accountable owner for new e-commerce revenue growth.
  • Own the e-commerce promotional calendar to maximize purchase volume and revenue across all product lines.
  • Optimize digital purchasing flows and customer journeys to improve conversion rates and reduce friction across all e-commerce touchpoints.
  • Identify and activate cross-sell, upsell, and reactivation opportunities to grow revenue from existing customers and lapsed users.
  • Partner with Business Applications teams to enhance the performance, usability, and reliability of Lumivero’s digital purchasing infrastructure.

Demand Generation & Traffic Growth
  • Develop and execute demand generation programs that drive qualified traffic to our e-commerce shops.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to align acquisition campaigns with e-commerce conversion goals, drive qualified traffic, and identify growth opportunities across organic, paid, and owned channels. • Monitor e-commerce traffic performance and secondary KPIs (sessions, CAC, channel mix) to inform acquisition strategy adjustments.

Lifecycle Marketing, Analytics & Optimization
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to design and optimize lifecycle programs and automated workflows that move prospects from interest to first purchase and identify win-back opportunities for lapsed customers.
  • Own e-commerce performance reporting, including primary KPIs (e-comm ARR, new revenue, conversion rates) and secondary KPIs (traffic, CAC, campaign ROI).
  • Lead high-impact experiments across channels and purchasing flows to continuously improve funnel performance.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Microsoft Clarity) to generate data-driven insights and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Education
  • 6–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or growth marketing, with demonstrated ownership of revenue or e-commerce targets.
  • Proven track record driving e-commerce or self-serve SaaS growth, with hands-on experience across conversion optimization, promotions, pricing strategy, and purchasing flow improvement.
  • Strong background in B2C or prosumer/SMB SaaS — you understand self-serve acquisition funnels and subscription economics.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 05/31/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
