HRIS Administration- Serve as system administrator for our HRIS — maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Conduct regular audits and generate recurring and ad hoc reports (headcount, turnover, onboarding timelines, etc.)
- Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and support system enhancements
- Maintain workflows, security roles, and system configurations
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience: offer documentation, preboarding communication, and Day 1 readiness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, hiring managers, and payroll for a seamless new hire experience
- Manage offboarding workflows, exit interviews, and final documentation
- Track metrics to continuously identify improvement opportunities
- Process recruiting approvals and offer workflows with HR Business Partners
- Maintain employee files in compliance with policy and legal requirements
- Support benefits administration, employee relations, and performance processes
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries — responsive, accurate, and helpful
- Identify and drive improvements to HR processes, systems, and workflows
- Champion automation initiatives within HRIS and ATS platforms
- Create and maintain SOPs and documentation to keep the team running smoothly

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of HR or HR operations experience
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and performance platforms (prior experience with HiBob, JazzHR, 15Five, Paylocity earns extra points) or the demonstrated ability to learn them quickly
- Strong English proficiency
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine service orientation
- Comfort handling confidential information with care and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred — equivalent experience welcome
